Before you start
Who counts as a user?
Anyone who works in the system: accountants, sales, stores, production supervisors. Employees who only request leave, see payslips, claim expenses or approve are free.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your data stays exactly as it is. If you haven't subscribed, the system becomes read-only: you can still look at everything and print reports until you do.
Where is my data, and who can see it?
Each company gets its own private database; no other customer can see it. You can export everything, the whole database included, whenever you like.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer or telebirr against a monthly invoice in your currency. Card and mobile-money payments are coming.
Can you move my data from Peachtree?
Yes, free. Send us the company file when you sign up and we'll bring it across, usually within 48 hours.
